Explore the end of the universe with Image Comics’ “Infinite Dark”

As far as science fiction goes, I’m all about the space fantasy of Star Wars, the exploratory nature of Star Trek, and anything in between.  Sometimes, though, you want something a little less Battlestar Galactica and a little more Alien.  To sate that desire for a mix of science fiction and horror, Image Comics and Top Cow have announced the upcoming series Infinite Dark, which sees the last remnants of humanity exploring the “endless void between realities.”  As you’d expect, they eventually stumble across something terrifying.   Something... sinister.

SCIENCE FICTION AND HORROR COLLIDE IN NEW SERIES INFINITE DARK
PORTLAND, OR, 06/12/2018 — Image/Top Cow is pleased to announce an all-new, sinister ongoing science-fiction series—INFINITE DARK—by Ryan Cady and Andrea Mutti with colorist K. Michael Russell that will hit stores this October.

In INFINITE DARK, the universe has ended, but humanity has survived. For years, the passengers and crew of the vessel Orpheus found the endless void between realities to be a surprisingly peaceful home.

Then they found a body—bloodied, brutalized, and surrounded by inscrutable runes. As Security Director Deva Karrell investigates the Orpheus' first murder, she'll come face to face with a horror from beyond the confines of time itself…

Infinite Dark will hit comic shops and digital retailers this October.
