DC Comics share Jock’s final cover for “The Batman Who Laughs” #7 and new “Year of the Villain” promotional artwork

The new Batman/Superman book is still a few months away, but already DC Comics have begun planting seeds that will lead into the series proper. The series spins directly out of Scott Snyder and Jock’s The Batman Who Laughs miniseries, which ships its final issue later this month, and the Year of the Villain crossover looks to be impacting… well, pretty much every DC book on the stands, including Batman/Superman. To tide us over, DC have released a great look at Jock’s finalized cover for The Batman Who Laughs #7, along with some pretty cool promotional artwork for Year of the Villain from Nick Bradshaw, Cully Hamner, and Hi-Fi. Check them both out below.

The Batman Who Laughs #7 will hit comic shops and digital retailers on July 31, followed by Batman/Superman #1 on August 14.
